Which merch items do you make?
T-shirts, backpacks, shoe bags, pins and badges, caps and other headwear, plus accessories. Everything carries your logo and follows your design.
What is the minimum order quantity?
From 70 pieces.
How much does event merch cost?
Pins and badges start at €0.50 per piece, headwear at €3 per piece. For t-shirts, backpacks and shoe bags we prepare an individual quote. As a rule, the larger the run, the lower the unit price. The quote is free and non-binding.
Do I need a finished design?
No. If you already have a design, ideally send it as a vector file (PDF or AI). If not, we create design proposals free of charge and refine them until you are 100% happy.
Which fabrics and cuts are available for t-shirts?
There are 6 base fabrics, plus many more variants by fabric type and weight. Cuts come straight or fitted for women and men, with different necklines, with or without sleeves.
Which printing methods do you use?
Sublimation, screen printing and transfer methods (DTF, flex). Screen printing suits medium and large runs and lasts 50 washes or more. Transfer methods work well for small runs and for names on the shirt. We agree with you which method fits your order. More on this in our guide to event merchandise.
How early should I order?
For a smooth, stress-free schedule, order about 16 weeks before your event: that leaves time to approve the design, check the samples and start production on time. Tell us your event date and we plan production and shipping so your order arrives on schedule.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes, shipping is included in the quote. You get an all-in price including delivery. We deliver across Europe and to the UK.
Can merch be made from recycled materials?
Yes, on request. Almost our entire range can also be made from recycled materials. It is an option, not the standard: just mention it in your enquiry.
